Average delivery times are 10 to 15 business days from the confirmation of your payment.

Q2: Which carriers do you use?

We mainly use Colissimo for standard deliveries. For large or important orders, we use DHL or FedEx.

Shipping costs are €12 excluding tax in France (free from €200 excluding tax purchase), €20 excluding tax in the European Union, and €30 excluding tax internationally. Shipping is free for all first orders (Metropolitan France and Belgium only)

Yes, a tracking number is sent to you upon shipment to track your package in real time.
